Australian WebVerse provides a full range of digital solutions, including:
Domain and hosting services are available at an additional cost. Clients who host their websites with us receive free maintenance and technical support. Ongoing maintenance is also available through specific maintenance plans for clients who host elsewhere.
All projects typically require upfront payment before work begins, as each project is assigned to a dedicated team of designers and developers.
In certain cases, milestone payments may be discussed and agreed upon based on the project’s scope.

Refunds are only applicable if the client does not approve the initial website design. Once the client approves the design and the project moves into the development phase, no refunds will be issued.
Our process includes client involvement at every step:
We provide unlimited revisions during the design and development phases to ensure complete satisfaction. Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as a client changing their mind after approvals.
If a project is canceled midway, a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation
After full payment, the client receives 100% ownership of the final project, including design files and website assets.
Australian WebVerse retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.
Project turnaround time depends on the scope, but most websites are completed and taken live within 7 business days unless otherwise specified.
We offer unlimited revisions during the design and development stages until the client is fully satisfied.
If a project remains on hold for more than three months due to lack of response from the client, a reactivation fee will be required to resume work.
Australian WebVerse provides hosting services on both in-house and third-party servers, depending on project requirements.
If a client does not renew their hosting or domain on time, the domain may become publicly available for purchase. In such cases, Australian WebVerse holds no responsibility for the loss or unavailability of the domain.
After expiration, we maintain website backups for 30 days only.
Australian WebVerse does not terminate projects on its own initiative. However, projects left inactive for over three months may incur a reactivation fee before continuation
Australian WebVerse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
